Heat.

First day of real heat here in Waukegan. Believe it or not it is cooler inside than outside. Sometime around 12:30pm, I realized it might be smart of me to close all the windows and keep the cool air in. But now I have a suffocating feeling, like I am trapped in an incubator, cooking and getting plump. I keep telling myself, "My body just needs to adjust, acclimate." But it's hot!

Where is the rain?
It has disappeared for a few weeks now and I could sure use some of it about now.
