There are times in life where I simply long to be more transparent and translucent with you, my friends, but also with myself. This is a window looking in where hopefully the glass is clear and recently cleaned so you can see into the deeper parts of me. Honesty, thoughts, expressions and articulations.
Audrey cuddling in her papa's arm, talking up a storm and singing a few tunes. She was very content right where she was. Pretty beautiful...a happy daughter in her daddy's arms.

I am a woman following Jesus. I care for the sick and those dying of cancer. I am a wife to a man who loves me deeper and more profoundly than any other. I am a daughter of a recovering alcoholic. I am a leader in the church given authority by Jesus to preach and disciple both men and women. I am a woman who loves to nurture things to grow. I am a woman putting roots into the ground as I tend and care for our new home. I am a woman dedicated to living in community. I am a woman. And, I recently became a mother to a little girl named Audrey Anne.
