Amazing orchids.

A few days after Audrey was born (way back when...February 24th), one of my orchid plants opened one of its first blooms. Since then I have had 3 other orchids bloom, all having anywhere from 10-18 intricate blooms on their long elegant stems. All pink except for a dark fuschia one. Well, they are still blooming (over 5 months later). And yesterday I saw the first of the blooms fall off.


I felt like these orchids bloomed in honor of Audrey's arrival. I am sure they did. I have enjoyed them for this long season and look forward to enticing them to bloom again.
