Isn't this a beautiful and peaceful photo of dear Audrey Anne?

Poor lil' thing has a horrible cold right now. She has been coughing and choking on all sorts of yummy stuff draining down the back of her throat. I won't tell you how many times I have had to clean the couch with cleanser because she has upheaved the contents of not only her stomach but whatever happened to be draining down the back of her throat. (Sorry for the gory details.) She is upstairs right now sleeping in the swing and inhaling eucalyptus oil from a vicks vaporizer. God help little Audrey feel better.

Happy Fourth of July to you all! Hopefully the sweet girl will feel better by this afternoon so we can go down to Evanston and hang out on Tante Kati's wonderful deck and then go see fireworks on the beach of Lake Michigan.
