Hot cereal

Speaking of hot cereal.
Have you ever tried Bob's Red Mill Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal? Right after I delivered Audrey, my mother, God bless her, spent a whole week with our new little family, serving us the way Jesus would have. She made me breakfast in bed, which happened to be where my butt seemed permanently glued to the middle cusion of the couch with every necessary breastfeeding equipment surrounding me. She made this hot cereal for me a few different times and I really enjoyed it. It is "gluten-free" which is a dietary change my mom has made for health and allergy reasons. She would make the cereal and put a dab of butter in the middle and it would melt leaving a puddle of butter trickling down the sides. She would then sprinkle "sugar in the raw" over the top and then pour a splash of milk over all that deliciousness.

It is kind of like a cream of wheat but much more hardy (in terms of sticking to your ribs) and nutty in flavor (more resembling oatmeal).
