There are times in life where I simply long to be more transparent and translucent with you, my friends, but also with myself. This is a window looking in where hopefully the glass is clear and recently cleaned so you can see into the deeper parts of me. Honesty, thoughts, expressions and articulations.
My dear friend, Tosha Jean, gave birth to the most beautiful little girl named Julia Joy. My friend Jamie and I went to go visit her one day after the birth and meet little Julia. Oh, how nice it felt to hold that wee little one all curled up like a ball on my chest. She is a lovely little one!

I am a woman following Jesus. I care for the sick and those dying of cancer. I am a wife to a man who loves me deeper and more profoundly than any other. I am a daughter of a recovering alcoholic.
